1 on 1 Health Coaching with Elevate Women’s Health is designed for women who feel overwhelmed by symptoms, conflicting advice, or a sense that something isn’t quite right, and want individualised support that looks at the whole picture.
Health coaching is a collaborative, client-led process. Rather than being told what to do, you’ll be supported to better understand your health, explore options, and make changes that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable for you.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Coaching is tailored to your unique health history, symptoms, lifestyle, priorities, and goals.
Who this is for:
1:1 coaching may be a good fit if you are:
• Navigating perimenopause or menopause and experiencing symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, joint pain, poor sleep, fatigue, or mood changes
• Feeling frustrated, dismissed, or unsure where to start
• Wanting clear, evidence-based guidance without extreme or rigid approaches
• Looking for support that considers nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement, and gut health together
• Wanting to protect long-term health and quality of life as you age
How 1:1 coaching works
Free Discovery Call (15 minutes)
A short, no-obligation conversation to explore:
• What you’re currently experiencing
• What health coaching is — and what it isn’t
• Whether this type of support feels like a good fit for you
This call helps ensure coaching is appropriate and aligned before moving forward.
Initial Coaching Session
(90 minutes)
If you decide to proceed, the first session is a comprehensive 90-minute consultation.
This session focuses on:
• Your health history and current symptoms Your health history, symptoms, and current concerns
• Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement
• Health priorities and goals Your goals, priorities, and readiness for change
• Education to help you understand what may be happening in your body Education to help you better understand what may be influencing how you feel
Together, we identify key areas to focus on and explore possible next steps — with you deciding what feels most relevant and achievable.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Follow-up sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. These sessions provide:
• Support as you experiment with changes you’ve chosen to implement
• Space to reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Adjustments based on your experiences and preferences
• Ongoing guidance, education and discussion of relevant research
• Accountability, encouragement, and reassurance along the way
The focus is on learning, progress, and sustainability — not perfection.

Health coaching is designed to complement medical care, not replace it, and to support you in becoming an informed, active participant in your health.

Payment for 1:1 coaching is arranged after the discovery call, with an invoice issued prior to sessions
