Perimenopause & Menopause Foundations: Understanding the "why" behind hormonal shifts and how symptoms manifest.
Symptom Navigation: Evidence-based approaches to common midlife symptoms — including hot flushes, disrupted sleep, fatigue, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, and gut health.
Nutrition foundations that support hormones, energy, metabolic health, and overall well-being.
Sleep education and nervous system support to reduce overwhelm and improve restorative rest.
Gut health foundations: understanding how diet and lifestyle shape the gut microbiome, and why gut health matters for wellbeing now and into later life.

Perimenopause & Menopause Focus
Most workshops are designed for women in their late 30s and beyond who want clarity and evidence-based education during perimenopause and menopause. These sessions are a perfect fit if you are experiencing:
• Hot flushes, night sweats, or disrupted sleep.
• Brain fog, mood shifts, or a general sense that something feels “off.”
• Joint pain, body aches, or gut-related concerns.
• A desire to protect your long-term heart, bone, and brain health.
Foundations for Younger Women
Selected workshops are also offered for younger women and community groups, recognising that better health outcomes are often shaped with early understanding..
Topics may include:
• Cycle Health Education: Understanding the foundations of hormone-related health
• painful or heavy periods
• nutrition and lifestyle foundations that support the menstrual cycle and long-term health
