About Elevate Women’s Health
I founded Elevate Women’s Health to support women who feel confused, dismissed, or overwhelmed by the changes in their bodies - particularly during perimenopause and menopause.
I believe no woman should feel she has to “just put up with” symptoms like poor sleep, hot flushes, weight gain, painful or heavy periods, or the many physical and emotional shifts that can occur during midlife.
Too often, these shifts are framed as an inevitable part of ageing, rather than what they truly are: signals that your body is asking for support.
My goal is simple: to help you understand what’s happening in your body and to support your health using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
This work focuses on the foundations of long-term wellbeing - supporting hormones, sleep, gut health, and resilience - in a way that feels calm, practical, and achievable.
While perimenopause and menopause are my primary focus, I’m also dedicated to providing education for younger women through workshops. Better health outcomes across our lifespan begin with earlier understanding and informed choices.
About Deidré
Women’s Health Coach, Menopause Specialist & Pilates Instructor
Like many women, I was caught off guard by the changes of midlife. The fatigue, mood shifts, disrupted sleep, and challenging symptoms were difficult to make sense of, and I felt frustrated by the lack of clear, practical answers.
I had already completed studies in nutrition, but soon realised that food alone wasn’t the answer. I wanted to understand the broader picture - how our hormones, nutrition, movement, lifestyle, environment, and daily choices intertwine to shape how we feel at every stage of life.
That curiosity led me to train as a certified health coach and Pilates instructor, specialising in women’s health, functional nutrition and lifestyle medicine - ensuring no woman has to navigate this transition alone. Today, I help women reduce symptoms naturally and feel more energetic, balanced, and confident.
The Power of Gut Health
One area I’m especially passionate about is gut health. Research increasingly shows that our gut health affects nearly every aspect of wellbeing - from our hormones, sleep and immunity to joint, bone, heart, cognitive health and even menstrual cycles.
The way I now eat - and what I share with clients - not only supports symptom relief during perimenopause and menopause, but also promotes resilience and wellbeing for the years ahead.
Supporting the Body Through Movement
I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to support long-term health and wellbeing - especially during perimenopause and menopause.
Different forms of movement support the body in different ways, with strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and balance all playing an important role in healthy ageing.
Pilates can be a wonderful way to build strength, stability, posture, flexibility, and body awareness, while also helping women reconnect with movement in a supportive and achievable way - particularly after a long break from exercise or during times of physical and hormonal change.
My Approach: Practical, Not Perfect
Every woman’s journey is unique; there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. My coaching style is evidence-based, compassionate, and practical - grounded in simple, sustainable strategies that fit real life. Confidentiality, respect, and encouragement are at the heart of every conversation I have with my clients.
Professional Foundations
I am committed to the highest standards of coaching and stay updated with the latest clinical research to provide my clients with safe, evidence-based support.

A Little More About Me
When I’m not working with clients or researching the latest science on women’s health, you’ll usually find me outdoors.
I love hiking, camping, and exploring nature with family and friends - especially multi-day walks that challenge and inspire me. Pilates, movement and regular walks with my mini schnauzer are part of my weekly rhythm and help me stay grounded.
I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and am a proud mum to three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a beautiful grandson who’s brought even more joy into our lives.
I also hold a degree in accounting, a nod to an earlier chapter in my life that taught me the value of structure, curiosity, and balance, all of which I bring to my work today.
